About Professor Mauro Guillén 

Mauro Guillén is a professor of management and Dr. Felix Zandman Professor Emeritus of Management at Wharton Online. His current research deals with the internationalization of the firm, globalization’s impact on patterns of organization, and diffusion of innovations and crises. His work has appeared in various publications, such as Harvard Business Review, the American Journal of Sociology, and the Latin American Research Review. Professor Guillén teaches the “Managing the Global Firm” course in Wharton Online’s Leadership and Management Certificate Program.
